Flexibility

Our processes adapt to your needs. You can send us your design file, we simply take care of manufacturing. You can also send us the scan file or physical model, we then take care of every step from design to finishing. We have the capacity to manage complex cases such as full-arch screw-retained bridges.

Accuracy

Thanks to our dental CAD/CAM expert staff and to our fleet of state-of-the-art milling machines and 3D printers, we are able to shape a wide variety of dental materials with a very high level of precision. We thus deliver crowns with much anatomical details that passively adapt to their model.

Available materials for crown and bridge digital fabrication

zirconia-crown-bridge-milling

Zirconia

Zirconia is a new generation ceramic that we mill with high accuracy with our five-axis milling machines. Featuring strength, translucency and colour richness, it is suitable for single crowns and bridges. In addition to our own zirconia range, BioZir by Camcube, we offer Lava™ Plus by 3M™.

ips-emax-block-milling

Glass-ceramic

We mill IPS e.max® CAD glass-ceramic blocks. This product, which is part of Ivoclar Vivadent’s IPS e.max® system, is suitable for substructures, anatomical crowns, inlays, and veneers. The crystallization step is performed by the laboratory.

non-precious-metal-alloys-milling

Non-precious metal alloys

We mill cobalt-chrome as well as grade 5 titanium. While cobalt-chrome is easy to polish and guarantees highly durable structures, titanium is ideal for abutments and implant bridges. The high strength of titanium allows for extremely fine structures.

PMMA-temporary-crown-bridge-milling

PMMA and wax

For temporary prostheses and diagnostics, we digitally shape PMMA. It is suitable for crowns and bridges (with up to two pontics) for both anterior and posterior areas. For metal casting and pressing, we mill wax discs, while for diagnostic wax-ups, we propose white wax or translucent PMMA.
